Cooking Directions

100 Gms.
of Toor Dal +200 Ml. of Water+ 1/2 tsp Oil
+1 Pinch Turmeric Powder. ADD: 400 Gms
Vegetables + 1.5 Cup of Water. Grind :
20 Gms. of Awesome Sambar Powder +
3tsp Coconut + 1/4 Cup of Water. Add to cook
Dal & Vegetables. Add 3tsp tamarind Pulp
Water + required Salt + Small Piece of Jaggery.
Boil for 5 to 7 Minutes. Heat 2 tsp of Oil and add
3/4 of mustard+Curry leaves and add to sambar.
