Vangibath Powder (200 gms)
Vangibath masala powder recipe is a traditional spice mix in terms of texture and aroma, it is very similar to the puliyogare recipe however, both have a subtle difference in taste and proportions of spices used. furthermore, when added to rice it delivers an amazing taste of spice plus the juicy texture of eggplant. the masala has a rich aroma and little more spicy than puliyogare masala The vanghibath masala can also be used to prepare masalabath, sometimes vangibhath masala with rava rather than rice for a slight evening snack.
Cooking Directions | Wash and Cook 1cup of rice in usual way and keep aside. Wash and cut Brinjals and Green Peas add them to a bowl. Take a Pan Heat 3 Tbsp of oil, add mustard, 1Tbsp Onion (Optional) 1 Tbsp Cashew and fry them with slow flame until they turn Golden. Now add Brinjal and Green peas and sprinkle required Salt and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cover the pan and cook till the brinjals and Green Peas are done completely. Now ADD: 20 Gms. of Blue Pepper Vanghi Bath Masala. |
